We've automated the process of creating Custom Activities. By filling out our Custom Activity Dropbox Template document (1 for each activity), and uploading it to your Dropbox account, you can easily add multiple custom activities quickly and easily. Here's how:
From any screen, tap the Menu icon in the upper left and select Explore.
At the bottom left of the screen, tap the "Add Activity" button. This will bring you into the Add Activity wizard as normal.
Before entering any information, tap the "Import From Dropbox" button at the top of the screen.
If you have not already paired a Dropbox account to Binovi, you can do it here. Dropbox will require your credentials and permission to interact with the Binovi Pro app. Complete the process to continue.
Once you have a paired Dropbox account, the contents of that Dropbox will be visible inside Binovi. Navigate your folders to find the Custom Activity document you have filled out, and select it. The App will automatically import the data and pre-fill all the relevant fields in the wizard.
Review the data through each section by tapping the list on the left of the screen.
This is also where you can add photos and videos to the activity. These will be taken from your device's Camera Roll. You can also change how the images and thumbnails are cropped to best show off the activity.
Once you're set, hit the Preview button at the bottom of the list to see how it will appear in the app. You can now Save a Draft of the activity (and come back to it later), or tap Publish to make it available to the members of your team. You can always edit a published activity later.
It's important to follow the Template document provided and always review the data before publishing the activity.
