To add a new Patient, you need to be on the Patients screen, which you can access by tapping on the Menu icon in the top left corner then selecting the Patients icon from the slide-out navigation menu. Then tap the Add Patient button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
This will bring up a window for you to enter the new patient's details. Complete the form, paying close attention to the email address being used, as this is where the patient's invitation will be sent. Optionally, add a profile picture.
If you are adding a patient aged 14 years or younger, you need to add a Guardian (e.g., a parent) with an email address so you can communicate with them. Tap the Guardian button at the top to add their name and email address.
Finally, assign the vision care team for the new patient by tapping the Clinic button.
Once you're done, tap Save in the top-right corner to continue. Your new patient profile is now available on the patient list.
Binovi will send an invite email to your patient asking them to download BinoviTM Coach and complete their registration. Once you add a Home Therapy Plan to the patient profile in Binovi Pro, it will automatically sync with their app.
